Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:

• The delivered products can also be returned with proper reasoning; however, the box should be in a fresh condition. Open or hampered boxes shall not be accepted by the company in any condition.
• Complete payment is refunded in both the cases i.e. cancelled or returned orders. However, one must note that the refund process may take some time for completion.

The shipping time may vary for different locations. For two orders placed in same city, the order placed first is delivered first.

Objectionable Material:

Kalonjiprash contains only herbal ingredients. One can check the ingredient and nutrition label to check if they are allergic to any ingredient used in the making of Kalonjiprash. User’s can talk to our health advisors as well to confirm the same. In no condition shall Atiya Herbs be responsible for anything related to the product that may be deemed as indecent, objectionable or offensive to you.

Colors of the Products & Packaging:

Though the team makes every effort to present the product digitally exactly similar to the physical product, colors of the packaging may differ in digital picturization. Images available online or on the website may depict shades of colors slightly different from the actual product. Kalonjiprash is prepared with entirely natural ingredients. This may result in color variation of the same product. If the color of the product has huge difference, customer may contact us through phone or mail to ensure the quality of the product.
